Swisscom TV maintenance work

From 12 till 18 January Swisscom will be carrying out maintenance on Swisscom TV.  Maintenance will be done at night. During the upgrade, the TV box will be started automatically and the new software loaded. If you are watching TV at this time, you can use the remote control to postpone the update by 3 hours. The installation takes about 30 minutes and afterwards Swisscom TV can be fully used again. To carry out the update efficiently, we request you do not unplug your TV box from the mains during this period.

Due to the maintenance work, additional channels will be shown at the end of the channel list for a short time on Swisscom TV. The additional channels cannot be used. By the end of January these channels will be removed from the channel list.

With this update we are rectifying an error affecting the channel sequence, which some customers have experienced.
