PLease helo, I dont speak french and am bad with all this internat sites..I  signup for the infinity and the speed I get on my internet is like 1 mega to download...not able to watch videas not able to dowload movies, not even skype properly.

CaWhere can I ask for my money back...I mean in my contract they say they will at least gaurantee some minimum spees???

nope...speed is never garantied in Switzerland.

 

I recommand that you call Swisscom and explain the situation.

 

they are very friendly and helpful
