Hi everyone,

 

I recently got a contract with swisscom for an iphone 4 (a couple of weeks).

I have problems as some people don't receive my messages. 

At the beggining I thought only my partner didn't, I went to a swisscom shop they said it was his problem, not mine. They did "reset" on the iphone and a couple of messages worked. but the day after the same problem. Some other contacts have now told me they don't receive my sms.

Can you help me?

are you talking of SMS or iMessage?

Just to make sure:

 

When sending a message, green is SMS, blue is iMessage.
